What documents do I need to clear an import?
Usually the bill of lading or air waybill, the commercial invoice, the packing list and, depending on the goods, a certificate of conformity, import permits or exemption letters. Send us what you have and your relationship manager will confirm anything missing before the cargo arrives.
Can you deliver to Uganda, Rwanda and other neighbouring countries?
Yes. We handle transit cargo from Mombasa to Uganda, Rwanda, Burundi, South Sudan and eastern DRC with our own trucks, including border documentation.
How do I track my shipment?
Use the tracking number on your booking confirmation on our Track page. You will see every stage from booking to delivery, and your relationship manager will also update you directly.
Is my cargo insured?
We arrange complete and comprehensive insurance cover with no deductible. Ask for it when you request your quote.
Should I ship by sea or by air?
Sea is the most economical for heavy or bulky cargo. Air suits urgent, light or high-value goods. Our quote planner compares both for your cargo, and our team will advise on the best fit.
